History
She grew up in a pretty normal family. Her mother was an artist, and liked working on art more than taking care of children so Notinca had to learn to take care of herself from a young age. She was homeschooled by her father her whole life, so she's never had much interaction with boys other people her age. Her father decided that this was not good, and enrolled her in Averia to have more interaction with boys people her own age.

Powertype - Hyperscream: When she gets scared or nervous super emotional, she lets out a huge scream that can shatter glass. Most people are knocked out by this wail.
